Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and SSM Enterprises (a sole proprietorship of Monish Yadav), which runs CraveSorted. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use CraveSorted

You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement. One person, one account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. What CraveSorted does

CraveSorted lets cafés run digital stamp cards and lets diners collect stamps, earn rewards and review cafés they have visited.

Each café sets and provides its own rewards, offers and rules, including how many stamps a reward needs, double-stamp hours, when stamps expire and any perks. The café, not CraveSorted, is responsible for honouring them. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.

3. Price

CraveSorted is free for diners. There are no hidden charges and nothing is charged inside the app. Cafés currently use CraveSorted free of charge; if we introduce paid plans for cafés, the price will be shown clearly before anyone is asked to pay, and nobody is moved onto a paid plan without agreeing to it.

4. Reviews

Only guests who have been stamped in at a café can review it. Reviews must be your own honest experience of a real visit.

Review drafts from our assistant are suggestions based on what you tell us. You are responsible for what you post: edit anything that is not true for you. Do not post reviews you were paid or rewarded for, reviews of your own café, or reviews written for someone else.

We may remove reviews that break these rules.

5. If you run a café

Describe your café, menu, rewards and offers accurately, and honour the rewards your guests earn.

Messages you send to guests must be lawful, honest and relevant to your café. Guest information you can see, or export, may be used only to run your café and its loyalty programme. You are responsible for handling it lawfully, including under the DPDP Act, and must not sell it or pass it on.

You are responsible for your staff accounts and what they do. Only upload photos and videos you have the right to use.

6. Things you must not do

Create fake accounts or fake visits; stamp your own card or help others cheat the stamp, reward or referral system; misuse other people's data; scrape, copy or resell the service; interfere with its security or try to break it; or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can.

8. Our content

The app, its design and its name belong to SSM Enterprises (a sole proprietorship of Monish Yadav). You keep ownership of what you post, and give us permission to display it in the app for as long as it is there.

9. Third-party content

Google reviews and map data are provided by Google and OpenStreetMap and shown under their terms. We are not responsible for them.

10. Liability

We provide the app as it is and work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to ₹1,000.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any problem with us first at support@cravesorted.com; we will try to resolve it within 30 days. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer forum.

12. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app and ask you to accept them again.
