Refund Policy
Short, because CraveSorted does not take money from anyone today.
1. Diners
CraveSorted is free. Nothing is sold in the app, so there is nothing to refund. Rewards are given by cafés, have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable for money. If a café does not honour a reward you earned, tell us and we will take it up with the café.
2. Cafés
CraveSorted is currently free for cafés. If paid plans are introduced, their price, billing period and refund terms will be published here and shown before purchase, and you will be able to cancel at any time from the app, with no charge for any period after you cancel.
