Delete my account

You can delete your CraveSorted account, with everything in it, at any time.

1. Delete it in the app

Open the CraveSorted app, go to Settings and choose Delete my account. Confirm, and your account is deleted.

2. Or ask us by email

If you cannot open the app, write to support@cravesorted.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm with you by reply, then delete it.

3. What gets deleted

Your account and everything in it: your profile, cards, stamps, rewards and settings. If you run a café, deleting your account deletes your cafés too.

4. How long it takes

Your personal data is erased within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, and anonymised statistics that no longer identify you. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.
